Before becoming a Certified Holistic Nutritional Consultant, I spent over 20 years working in hospitality, caring for others while slowly losing connection with myself.
Like many people, I've experienced burnout, major life changes, and the challenge of rebuilding my health while balancing work, relationships, family, and everyday responsibilities.
Those experiences taught me that health isn't something we achieve once.
It's something we continue to nurture throughout every season of life.
I don't believe in asking my clients to do anything I wouldn't be willing to do myself.
That's why I'm documenting my own journey continuing to learn, grow, and live the same principles I teach every day.
